The NASCAR Cup Series’ Shrinders Children’s 500 is scheduled for approximately 3:41 p.m. EST Sunday, March 9.

Defending Cup Series champion Joey Logano will look to repeat as winner at the 1-mile short track. The Team Penske driver has the most wins at Phoenix among active drivers with four (2016, 2020, 2022, 2024). Kyle Busch has three wins, the most recent in 2019, followed by Denny Hamlin with two (2012, 2019).

Of note, Katherine Legge will make her debut in the Cup Series Sunday driving the No. 78 for Live Fast Motorsports. Legge, a veteran sports car driver that has also notched 19 IndyCar starts, has logged five previous NASCAR starts in the Xfinity Series with a best finish of 14th at Road America.

Legge’s No. 78 is the only non-chartered team competing in the 37-car field Sunday. Of the 37 cars, 14 are currently available to order as diecasts, including several cars making their first appearance of the season.

The Cup cars racing Sunday currently available to preorder as a diecast includes;
