The Wurth 400 from Texas Motor Speedway is scheduled to begin at approximately 3:30 p.m. EST Sunday. Stage 1 and 2 end on laps 80 and 165 of the 267-lap event.
There aren’t necessarily favorites entering Sunday’s race as the last eight Cup Series races at Texas have been won by eight different drivers. The most recent was Chase Elliott, who ended a 37-race winless streak in 2024. Hendrick Motorsports has won three of the last four Texas races, including Kyle Larson in 2021 and William Byron in 2023.
Thirty-eight cars are slated to start Sunday’s race. Notable entries include Jesse Love driving the No. 62 Beard Motorsports Chevy and Chad Finchum piloting the No. 66 Garage 66 entry.
