The second round of the NASCAR Playoffs will take place Sunday afternoon for the Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology (Gateway) Raceway at approximately 3 p.m. Cup Series drivers will compete on the 1.25-mile asphalt oval for 240 laps with stage breaks at laps 45 and 140.
Sunday’s race marks the first time WWT has hosted a Cup Series playoff race. Joey Logano (2022), Kyle Busch (2023) and Austin Cindric (2024) have previously won at WWT.
Chase Briscoe secured his spot in the Round of 12 by winning the Southern 500 last week. Joey Logano, Austin Dillon, Alex Bowman and Josh Berry are below the cut-line entering Sunday.
