Yellawood 500 (Talladega) Diecast Spotter’s Guide

Seventeen of the 40 cars entered for the Yellawood 500 are available to order as diecasts

A full 40-car field will take the green flag this Sunday for the Cup Series’ return to Talladega Superspeedway for the Yellawood 500. The 188-lap race, with stage breaks at laps 60 and 120, is slated to begin at approximately 2 p.m. EST.

The Yellawood 500 also marks the second race in the Round of 8, with Denny Hamlin already securing his spot in the Championship 4 with a win last weekend at Las Vegas. William Byron, Chase Elliott, Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney enter the race under the cut line.

Several new schemes make their debut this weekend, including the cars of Ross Chastain, Bubba Wallace, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Cole Custer, Chris Buescher, Denny Hamlin and Michael McDowell. Of the 40 cars entered for the Yellawood 500, 17 are available to order or pre-order as diecasts as of this writing.
